One more project:
Toyota Proace verso 2023 - 7 seats. We had interesting challenges setting up the car. The owner's wish list was exceptional. The main purpose of the car is short-term trips around Europe for two adults and a child. The interior and the furniture installed has to be according to original interior of the car. All installed furniture details must match the original colors and materials of the leather seats. Only the roof and its installation could be different. The most important request of the customer is to equip the camper in such a way that the factory warranty remains valid.
The roof was installed while maintaining the integrity of the car without cutting a single wire. The airbags remained intact. The air conditioner controls were relocated without damaging the wiring. New wires were connected to new braids leading to the battery compartment. There we connected them to additional fuse blocks. In this way, we kept the warranties on the existing computers and electrical installation.
All furniture is easily installed in the rails of the original seats. The number of seats can be easily changed by adding and removing furniture.
There is a wide bed for adults on the first floor, and a child's bed on the second floor. The kitchen and other furniture are placed under the sleeping bed.
What we installed::
TOP roofs with Sky system. When raised, creates additional space in the car cabin and additional sleeping space on the second floor.
The first floor has a 1400x1900mm bed with a 70mm mattress, HR 50x50 foam filling. On the second floor, a 100x1850 bed with a 50mm mattress, HR 50x50 foam filling.
